Introduction to the bad

Let’s face it, some things are just bad for us, but we breathe them, eat them, apply them or do them anyway. Some things seem unavoidable (like applying skin/face lotions and eating GMOs) and some are just plain irresistible (like chowing down at Chinese buffets with unhealthy food). Sometimes taking the safe route is just too much work or too costly. I am not a perfectly healthy person and I am certainly no expert on the things mentioned in this blog. However, it is important to know what is bad for you because “they” don’t always list them in red labeling. Sometimes things are just obviously bad, but we just don’t care because we don’t see the damage it does to us. Let’s not to be victims of the large corporations and big businesses who carelessly produce hazardous products and start paying close attention to the things we consume.
